Photos: When you scan an animal, the photo is sent to our AI service for identification. Photos are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers after identification.

Collection Data: Your discovered animals, achievements, and progress are stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data.

Analytics: We may collect anonymous usage statistics (e.g., number of scans, app crashes) to improve the app. This data cannot be used to identify you.

Data We Don't Collect

• We don't collect your name, email, or personal information
• We don't track your location
• We don't sell any data to third parties
• We don't use your photos for any purpose other than identification

Third-Party Services

FaunaDex uses the following third-party services:

• Google AI (Gemini): For animal identification
• RevenueCat: For subscription management (if you subscribe to premium)

Children's Privacy

FaunaDex is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
